COVID POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR 2020 SHOWS

NOTE: PLEASE ABIDE BY THE INFO ON THIS PAGE FOR ALL 2020 SHOWS

General Information

We are using somewhat relaxed Social Distancing policies:
Everyone MUST wear Masks while on the show grounds. Riders may remove masks when mounted.
Please stay with your tribe as much as possible.
Parking: please park in the parking area to the left (South) of the shed/building, facing County Rd 13.
Please park at least 10′ apart.
BARN IS OFF LIMITS:
Restrooms are not available for this show.
No stalls are available for this show.

CheckIn/CheckOut

Stop at the Office trailer on your way in. Please stay in your vehicle.
Secretary will bring out anything required such as your number. No need to return your number.
NO CHECKS ACCEPTED DAY OF SHOW – PREPAID ENTRIES ONLY via PAYPAL/CHECK.
NO CHANGES TO TEST OR TIMES.

Please remain in line and do not pull up to the Office until beckoned by the Show Secretary.

Warm Up / Competition

Maximum 2 rides per horse/rider combo and they will be ridden back to back.
For Intro and training Level, 15 mins is allotted for the 2 rides.
For First level and above, 20 minutes is allotted for the 2 rides.

Please stop at the Office on the way out for your test. Please stay in your vehicle.

Class Postings / Awards

Classes will be placed and listed online on the website the evening after the show completes.
Ribbons will be mailed to all entries that place in a class.
